Diane Janshen, PT

Diane Janshen, PT, is the owner of Flex Physical Therapy. She is a trained practitioner in orthopedic and manual therapies, with more than 25 years of experience treating clients in various settings. Diane’s primary focus is in treating sports and orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical rehab, as well as musculoskeletal dysfunctions during pregnancy. She has been trained in the Graston Technique®.

She loves to develop creative, efficient, individualized treatment plans to address each client’s own unique situation. Diane earned her Physical Therapy degree from Eastern Washington University in 1991 and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Washington State Physical Therapy Association.

Kari Osborne, DPT

Kari Osborne, DPT, brings with her an expansive knowledge of treatment for sports related and orthopedic injuries, and particularly enjoys working with athletes; young and old alike. It was her love of sports and the desire to help people that drove her to choose physical therapy as her profession. It is this same love of sports and fitness that allows her to relate to her patients and give them the best possible care and guidance during their rehabilitation.

Kari received her B.A in Health Sciences and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. As a native Washingtonian Kari is excited to be back in the Pacific Northwest and even happier to start helping people get back to the activities they love.

Keri Hollenbeck, PT

Keri Hollenbeck, PT, has an extensive knowledge of treatment options for orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries, and enjoys tailoring her therapy approach to her clients’ specific goals. She has a special interest in women’s health issues, including assessment and treatment of pre- and post-partum injuries.

Prior to joining the Flex Team in 2004, Keri spent several years at an Eastside/Seattle area hospital as a Therapist in the intensive and acute care centers, as well as serving in the hospital’s outpatient Physical Therapy clinic. She received a B.A. in Psychology in 1990 and a Physical Therapy degree in 1997, both from the University of Washington.

Debbie Jenkins, DPT
Debbie Jenkins, DPT

Debbie Jenkins received her doctorate of physical therapy in 2005 from the University of Montana. She is a Pacific Northwest native and returned to the Seattle area following graduation. She has worked in a variety of outpatient settings and is experienced in orthopedics, pregnancy/post-partum, pelvic floor rehab, geriatrics, post-surgical and sports rehab. She focuses rehabilitation on each individual patient’s needs and goals and utilizes a combination of manual therapy, exercises, and education to help patients heal, strengthen, and reach their goals. She enjoys being able to encourage and support each patient in their journey toward healing.

Outside of the clinic she enjoys running, biking, and exploring the pacific northwest with her husband and 2 children.

Dawn Dolobowsky, DPT
Dawn Dolobowsky, DPT

Dawn Dolobowsky, DPT, was born and raised in Michigan and found her way to the Seattle area in 2008. She is passionate about helping people return to the activities and movement that they love. She is interested in treating orthopedic and pelvic health conditions, with a special interest in the prenatal and postpartum population. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in 2013 and is a member of the Academies of Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health. She is currently pursuing advanced training in Pelvic Health through the Academy of Pelvic Health.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys cycling, yoga, and baking. She lives in Bothell with her husband, two daughters, and two cats.

Tracey MacNeill, MPT
Tracey MacNeill, MPT

Tracey brings over 25 years of physical therapy, movement and bodywork experience to her new position at Flex. As a collegiate gymnast and athlete, she is drawn to physical therapy as a way to help people participate in their own healing and recovery and reach their individual health and activity goals. Tracey received her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2002.

Tracey’s focus is based in outpatient orthopedics, including post-accident care, post-surgery care, balance issues, return to sport, and osteoporosis. Her practice includes manual therapy, functional exercise, Graston Technique, Kinesiotape, and Pilates. Tracey lives with her husband and daughter, and spends her time playing tennis, volleyball, pickleball, paddleboarding, kayaking, and walking on the beach.

Divya Negi, PT
Divya Negi, PT

Divya has over 8 years of Physical Therapy experience. She specializes in treating musculoskeltal, sports, overuse and worker injuries. Divya was born and raised in India. She received both her Bachelors and Masters in Physical Therapy from one of the top universities in India. She practiced in India for 4 years and has been practicing in the Greater Seattle Area since 2020. She believes each patient is different and customizes the treatment plan to help patients meet their goals.

Outside of the clinic, Divya enjoys cooking/baking, working out and spending time with family. She lives in Bothell with her husband and two lovely daughters.

Einas Farag, PT
Einas Farag, PT

Einas Farag is a physical therapist from Egypt. She graduated with honors from Cairo University. After graduation, she spent four years specializing in treatment for children and adolescents. Her expertise ranges from addressing congenital disorders to post-injury rehabilitation. Einas’ approach is focusing not just on physical recovery but also on the emotional aspects of patients and their families.

In 2004, Einas travelled with her husband around the world for 16 years and they were blessed with three beautiful princesses. Their journey ended in Seattle. In 2020, Einas passed the United States National Physical Therapy Exam with flying colors. She has a passion for women’s health, and is eager to continue learning new strategies and treatments for pelvic health care.

Einas’ personal experience as a mom gives her a broader perspective, allowing her to approach each case with empathy and understanding. Outside the clinic, Einas loves to spend time with her family and cute cat Layla. In her free time, she likes to bake.

For Einas, physical therapy is more than a profession; it’s a calling. She is committed to making a difference in the lives of patients, guiding them towards a healthier, happier future.

Tenille Johnson, PTA
Tenille Johnson, PTA

Tenille Johnson, PTA, has a passion for helping people get back to what they love to do after injury, and enjoys the opportunities this field provides for making a difference in people’s lives. Her orthopedic background stems from her experience in competitive figure skating and long distance cycling.

Tenille personally understands competition and the importance of returning to sport after an injury. She graduated in 2012 from Lake Washington Institute of Technology with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree and is trained in the Graston Technique® for soft tissue injuries. In her spare time, Tenille enjoys long distance cycling, coaching figure skating, and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and son.

Jenelle Burd, PTA

Jenelle Burd, PTA, completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program through Lake Washington Institute of Technology in 2022. She finds a deep sense of purpose and fulfillment in working with patients in all stages of their rehab and is adept at meeting people where they are at.

Jenelle believes the body feels best when it is doing what it was designed to do, move! She relishes in the challenge of trying new things and draws strength from the small wins. Ask her about her recent foray into archery and ice skating.
