Samantha Sites, PTA, has been on both sides of the treatment table over the years. While running track and cross country in high school and college, she spent a lot of time recovering from stress fractures and it sparked a desire to better understand musculoskeletal injuries and how to prevent them. Physical Therapy was a wonderful way to take that knowledge and help others learn how to strengthen their bodies to maximize functional outcomes.
After graduating from the University of Richmond in 2006 with a BA in Leadership Studies, she spent the next 10 years moving around the country before settling in the Pacific Northwest and graduating from PIMA Medical Institute’s PTA program in 2017. She is also certified in Graston Technique for treatment of soft tissue injuries. When she’s not out training for her next marathon or trail race, she’s plotting camping trips with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, Finn.
