Flex Physical Therapy is owned and managed by Pam Gaddis, Lisa Schneider and Diane Janshen, three highly experienced Physical Therapy veterans.
Pam Gaddis, PT, BCIA-PMDB, is a holistic practitioner who leads the Flex Women’s Health and Alternative Therapies teams. Pam has completed advanced training in treating incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy and has certification in Jin Shin Do acupressure, Craniosacral Therapy and pelvic muscle dysfunction biofeedback through the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America. She received her Physical Therapy degree from Ithaca College in New York state in 1971 and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Women’s Health Section, and the Washington State Physical Therapy Association.
Lisa Schneider, PT, is a specialist in manual therapy and exercise prescription. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Lisa emphasizes these approaches in providing orthopedic treatments for a variety of patients. She has been practicing in the Northwest for more than 20 years, including 10 years as a clinic supervisor at an Eastside Seattle hospital, where she regularly lectured on preventing back injuries and about the application of ergonomics. Lisa earned a Physical Therapy degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1987 and a degree in Kinesiology from the U of W in 1984.
Diane Janshen, PT, heads up Flex’s Orthopedic and Sports Therapy programs. She is a trained practitioner in orthopedic and manual therapies, with more than 20 years of experience treating clients in various settings. Diane’s primary focus is in treating sports and orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical rehab, as well as musculoskeletal dysfunctions during pregnancy. Diane earned a Physical Therapy degree from Eastern Washington University in 1991 and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Washington State Physical Therapy Association.
